Our father, Alain Joseph, has always been a man of vision. He decided to plant Italian olive trees from Toscany and nurture our "Souri" olive trees. He begins by producing extra-virgin olive oil. When his daughter came back from France; she began creating a variety of olive tapenade throughout the covid19 pandemic and the Lebanese economic crisis. Her goal was to create a variety of "terroir" product from an untapped land and has mobilized agrifood skills in Lebanon. This is when "Live bio" was launched. "Live bio" is a range of authentic natural Lebanese products that is 100% natural and fresh from the land.
